With their wintery weather, Canada and Germany may produce the majority of the ice wine in the world, but that hasn’t stopped enterprising Oregon winemakers from trying to outdo the Canadians and Germans at creating these delightful taste temptations.
Here in Oregon, winemakers are getting a little help from industrial freezers.
