    1. White wines tout multiple varietals

      Just as a growing number of Oregon wineries are producing wines made from a blend of red grape varietals, more and more wineries are doing the same with white wines.

      Blending a wine made from different varieties of white grapes allows winemakers to add complexity in flavors and aroma to the wine. While this is a common practice in many parts of France and the rest of the wine-producing regions in Europe, it’s starting to take hold here in Oregon.
