Just beneath the surface of the town of Beaune, France you’ll find some of the world’s most cherished wines aging in a maze of tunnels owned by Maison Drouhin.Their underground cellars are textured with a fabulously pillowy mold and an equally fabulous history. Jefferson himself likely wandered these byzantine underground passages during his wine travels when in France.
